In real estate, it’s “Location – Location – Location” In genealogy research, it’s “Documentation – Documentation – Documentation.” This workshop will describe what genealogy sources are, the need to cite the sources used as documentation for genealogy research, and how to properly format the various types of citations, including web-based sources.

The St. James UMC is located at 3808 St. James Church Rd, Raleigh at the intersection of N. New Hope Rd and Sue Ellen Dr. The parking lots are behind the church. If coming from Capital Blvd. (or 401), turn right on James Rd., then left on St. James Church Rd. The back parking lot will be on your left. If coming on New Hope Rd. from New Bern Ave., go through the light at Buffaloe Rd., turn left almost immediately on Sue Ellen drive and then right on St. James Church Rd., go past the parking lot in front of the church and come to the parking lot at the back of the church.
